About Deena:

Deena “Fireball” Baikowitz is a dynamic speaker, published writer, supportive coach, and skilled facilitator. As the co-founder and Chief Networking Officer of Fireball Network, she helps her clients work a room, develop strategic relationships, and access hot business and career opportunities. With her background in theatre, social work, health care, business development, and marketing, Deena brings a diverse and global perspective to her network.

Deena is passionate about empowering her clients to build their confidence, improve their skills and expand their networks. Deena is an active member of Ellevate Network, CREW New York (Commercial Real Estate Women), and ATD – NYC (Association for Talent Development). She serves on the Board of the Bella Abzug Leadership Institute. Outside of work, Deena takes lots of dance classes, plans parties, and performs stand up comedy.
